Your Freedom Forever independent authorized dealer
The first person you’re going to meet in your 5-star customer experience is a representative from your Freedom Forever independent authorized dealer. We rely on our family of independent authorized dealers as experts in how your state, city, and even utility company regulates consumer solar.

Your dealer will use their expertise to help you decide how large of a system you need. Once you decide to go solar, they will then explain the solar installation process to you so you know what to expect. Lastly, they’ll schedule the next step in your solar journey: Your site audit. That way you’ll know when the next part of your solar installation is going to happen the same day you decide to go solar.
The Freedom Forever customer portal: Your window into the solar installation process
The Freedom Forever customer portal shows you exactly what stage your solar installation is at. You’ll be able to ask questions of us and see what’s coming next as your solar is installed. You’ll receive an email with a link and sign-in instructions from Freedom Forever when you sign up to go solar. We will also notify you of any upcoming appointments or events so you are always in-the-know.

Getting your house ready to go solar: The site audit
The next person you’ll meet is a Freedom Forever site-auditor. That person comes to your house to gather the information that we use to design your solar system. You don’t need to be present for your site audit, just make sure we have access to your property. Of course, if you are there your site-auditor will be happy to answer any questions you have. Once your site-auditor is done, he or she will submit the information they gathered to Freedom Forever so we can design your new solar system.
Designing your solar with you in mind
Integrity means making sure you understand what your new solar system will look like, and where it will be located. To make sure you are happy with where on your home we plan to install your solar, and how it will look, our solar system designers will share their plan for your solar system with you via your customer portal.
Once you receive your proposed system design, you’ll be able to comment and ask questions. We’ll make sure you’re happy with your system’s design before we start building it. Once we finalize your system’s design with you and get the necessary permits to build it, it’s time to schedule your installation.
The big day: Your new solar system, installed
Once the day arrives, it doesn’t take us long at all to install your new solar system. Usually, it takes a day or two. You don’t need to be present for the installation but please make sure to leave us access to your property. We will show up, build your system, and then schedule an inspection date to get permission to operate your system. You don’t need to be there for the inspection but we will be there. Once your system is approved, the final step is to turn it on.
Here comes the sun! Permission to operate
When we receive permission-to-operate we will turn your system on and it will begin generating electricity from the sun. You don’t have to do anything at this stage but enjoy your new solar power system. But even now, your 5-star customer experience isn’t over because Freedom Forever is going to be there for you for the next 25 years to ensure you get all the solar power that we designed your system to produce.
The Freedom Forever 25-year performance guarantee
More than a warranty, guaranteed performance. We guarantee that your solar power system will meet its promised production amount for 25 years. Freedom Forever guarantees that the solar system will produce the electricity promised with our 25-Year Production Guarantee. We will even pay you for any shortfall due to our fault.* However, your actual savings will depend on your usage and electricity rates in your area. You should carefully consider if the usage and rates shown in your proposal are appropriate. Keep in mind that many homeowners will use more electricity after going solar.

What do we mean by promised production?
When you go solar with Freedom Forever, we give you a contract that tells you how much power we designed your system to generate. Our solar systems are very reliable, as long as you keep your solar panels clean and don’t let trees or other things cover your system with shade, your system will generate the amount of power specified in your contract for 25 years.
What we do if there is a problem. We monitor your system for 25 years. If we detect that its performance is falling short, we’ll contact you and send someone out to fix it. If the shortfall is caused by something that is our fault, we will compensate you for the shortfall. The amount of compensation you receive will be listed in your contract with us.

Your energy needs can change. That’s why we’re still there for you, even after your system is switched on. Are you going to be adding on a granny flat?
