If you purchased solar through The Home Depot with a previous solar provider, you’re not alone. While that solar company may no longer be in business or partnered with The Home Depot, The Home Depot has partnered with Freedom Forever, the nation’s largest residential solar installer, to make sure you’re covered. Whether you need service on your existing system or want to move forward with your original proposal, our team is here to help every step of the way.
If Your System Is Already Installed

- A Freedom Forever representative will reach out to you to help determine the issue with your system and schedule a service visit.
- A licensed technician will visit your home to run diagnostics and, hopefully, be able to fix your system during their visit.
- If the repair cannot be fixed, due to not having the right parts or being a larger fix than anticipated, the team will reach out to schedule a follow-up service visit.
If your system is not installed yet, you’re unsure where it is at in the process, or you haven’t signed up yet but are still interested in going solar.
