These Official Rules apply to the Instagram SolarCon 2025 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) sponsored and administered by Freedom Forever LLC (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You also confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, live within the United States, and have a valid Instagram account. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Freedom Forever, LLC, 43445 Business Park Dr. Temecula, CA 92590.

Prizes. There will be one (1) prize (“Grand Prize”), the Grand Prize consisting of: Traeger Woodridge Grill. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $799.00

No substitution, request for the cash equivalent, or transfer of the right to receive the prize is permitted, except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, durability, reliability, and/or performance. Any issues, claims, or questions regarding the use or condition of the prize items should be directed at the appropriate manufacturers of the items.

Eligibility. This Giveaway is open to anyone who, at the time of the individual’s first entry is: (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age and (b) a permanent, legal resident of the United States.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Tennessee, and Rhode Island are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.

Agreement to Official Rules. By entering the Giveaway, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of: (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on April 14th, 2025, at 12:00 am PST and ends on April 17, 2025 11:59 pm PST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter. To enter the Giveaway, you must: (a) have a valid and public (i.e., an account not set on private) Instagram account; (b) like the original Giveaway announcement post (“Announcement Post”) on Sponsor’s official Instagram account, @freedomforeversolar (“Official Instagram Account”); (c) follow the Official Instagram Account; and (d) tag one (1) friend with valid and public Instagram accounts in the comments section of the Announcement Post. Entries are only valid on the original Announcement Post. For bonus entries, you must: (a) have a valid and public (i.e., an account not set on private) Instagram account; (b) share the original Giveaway announcement post (“Announcement Post”) on your public Instagram story; and (c) tag the Official Instagram Account, @freedomforeversolar in your Instagram story post. Bonus entries are only valid once through the duration of the Giveaway entry period.

The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Taxes. All federal, state and local taxes on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Completion and submission of a 1099 to Sponsor is a condition precedent to receiving the Prize.

Drawing. On or about April 18, 2025,a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor to select one (1) potential winner for the bundle from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners. Once selected, the Sponsor will announce the potential winner in a comment on the Announcement Post and notify the potential winner via direct message to the Instagram account used by the potential winner to enter the Giveaway. The sponsor will provide instructions on how to claim the prize in a direct

message. To remain eligible for the Giveaway prize, the potential winner must respond to the direct message within forty-eight (48) hours after being contacted by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible or liable if the potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by Sponsor to contact the potential winner.

The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and fully comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor may in its discretion require the potential winner to complete, sign, and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, 1099, and/or any other requested documents.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize, fails to respond to a winner notification within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to sign and return all requested documents within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, or otherwise fails to fulfill any of Sponsor’s conditions for claiming the prize, the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited for any reason, it may be awarded to one (1) alternate potential winner, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

To receive the Giveaway prize, the potential winner must satisfy all the aforementioned requirements and provide the Sponsor with their full legal name and mailing address. Sponsor will ship the prize directly to the mailing address provided and accept all shipping

costs. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or any lost, delayed, held, stolen, or damaged packages.

Sponsor’s Sole Discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the rules of the Giveaway at any time and if, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. Any and all decisions of the Sponsor related to the Giveaway are final and made at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

Grant of Rights. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant grants to the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, assigns, and successors (collectively, “Sponsor Affiliates”) the perpetual right to use entrant’s name, social media user name and/or handle, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, voice, opinions, and other information and content provided and/or obtained in connection with the Giveaway for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, publicity, or any other purposes without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries for the Giveaway are the property of Sponsor.

Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Giveaway, you hereby agree to release Instagram from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from administration of, communication of, or participation in the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), expense (including attorneys’ fees) or cause of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the Giveaway, the use of Instagram, the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, or any exercise by the Released Parties of the rights identified in the “Grant of Rights” section above. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. You agree not to assert any such claim(s) or cause(s) of action against any of the Released Parties and waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Each entrant assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway, the use of Instagram, or the provision, acceptance or use of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with:

(a) any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize; (b) late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries; (c) incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information; or (d) any other human, mechanical or technical error of any kind relating to the operation of Instagram communications or attempted communications with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage and/or processing of entries, or the administration of the Giveaway.

Choice of Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor or any entrant in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY RIGHT TO BRING ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY AS A CLASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN THE SAME. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Giveaway shall be settled by binding arbitration in Orange County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Privacy Policy. Personal information supplied in connection with the Giveaway is subject to applicable data protection laws and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://freedomforever.com/privacy-policy/ and https://freedomforever.com/legal/privacy-notice-for-california-residents/ for California residents. By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information in accordance with such laws and Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure: Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Official Rules where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, civil commotion, governmental orders or restrictions, or failures of any utility or internet service.

Social Media Disclosure. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and Sponsor.

Third-Party Trademark. The use of any third-party trademark is for the purpose of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship, endorsement,

affiliation, or the approval of this Giveaway.

Name of Winner. To obtain the name of the Giveaway winner, please contact the Sponsor via the Official Instagram Account
