Promotional Guidelines

The 2024 $750 Freedom Forever The Home Depot Sunnova Program Promotion (the “2024 THD Offer” or “Promotion”) is offered by Freedom Forever LLC, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Freedom Forever”). By participating in the 2024 THD Offer, you accept and agree to Freedom Forever’s Privacy Policies and the full promotional details found in the Freedom Forever 2024 THD Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), located at  https://freedomforever.com/legal/sunnova-thd-terms-and-conditions/ and https://freedomforever.com/legal/sunnova-thd-program-details/ (collectively, the “Rules”). Please read the Rules carefully. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Rules. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Offer Details: Unless otherwise specified, Freedom Forever will provide each Eligible Participant with a $750.00 Visa® Prepaid Reward Card (the “Reward”), which shall be mailed within eight (8) weeks after the Eligible Participant has met all eligibility requirements. Rewards are subject to availability and issued pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards are non-transferrable, not for resale, not for use at automated gas pumps, and not redeemable for cash. Reward Cards may expire six (6) months after issuance. This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Freedom Forever. Limit one Reward per customer or household.

Eligibility Requirements: The 2024 THD Offer is open to individuals who meet all of the following qualifications (“Eligible Participant(s)”): (i) personally receive an offer to participate in the Promotion from Freedom Forever or a Freedom Forever-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period (as defined below); (ii) sign a valid Sunnova Customer Agreement through the Freedom Forever THD Program during the Promotional Period; (iii) who receive a Final Completed Status for their  System by March 31, 2025; and (iv) who are current on their payment(s) for the System at the time the Reward is to be issued, including payment of any required deposit(s).

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from August 15, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific) on December 31, 2024.
