CUSTOMER INSTAGRAM REVIEW CAMPAIGN
MONTHLY $1,000 GIVEAWAY (2025)

This Customer Instagram® Review Campaign (the “Campaign”) for monthly giveaways of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) (each, a “Giveaway”) to random Eligible Participants (hereafter defined), is offered and administered by Freedom Forever LLC, on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities (collectively, “Freedom”). [BE1] By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, reviewed, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the full promotional details found in these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”), the Privacy Policies of Freedom Forever, and any other applicable decisions made by Freedom Forever, which are final and binding (collectively, the “Rules”). You also confirm you are at least eighteen (18) years old and live within the United States of America. This Campaign, and any Giveaways, are subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Your participation in this Campaign is voluntary and receiving a Giveaway is contingent upon strictly fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Campaign Entry Period.
The Campaign begins November 1, 2025 at 12:00 am PST and ends Decemeber 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST (the “Campaign Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements.
The Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following qualifications (an “Eligible Participant”): (a) you are a customer of Freedom whose project has achieved the PTO (permission to operate) stage of installation; (b) you maintain a valid and public Instagram account (i.e., an account not set on private); (c) through your Instagram® account, you follow Freedom’s official Instagram® account (@freedomforeversolar) (hereinafter, “Freedom’s Instagram® Account”); and (d) in a public post on your Instagram® account, you provide a review of Freedom’s services (though optional, Freedom encourages you to submit videos or photo with your review) in which you provide a rating of 4 stars or higher; and (e) in posting your review, you tag Freedom’s Instagram Account.
The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Freedom reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Freedom, in its sole discretion. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple Instagram accounts in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
Giveaway – Announcement, Notification, and Issuance.
Upon the conclusion of each month, Freedom will select, at random, one (1) winner from amongst the monthly Instagram® reviews to receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) (the “Giveaway”). The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible reviews received. The reviews and content of each winner, with their prior permission, will be published on Freedom’s Instragram® Account.
Once selected, Freedom will notify the potential winner via direct message to the Instagram® account used by the potential winner to enter into the Giveaway. Freedom will provide instructions on how to claim the Giveaway in the direct message. To remain eligible for the Giveaway, the potential winner must respond to the direct message within forty-eight (48) hours after being contacted by Freedom. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Giveaway. Freedom is not responsible or liable if the potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by Freedom to contact the potential winner. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. Freedom may, in its discretion, require the potential winner to complete, sign, and return to Freedom an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, IRS Form W-9, and/or any other requested documents.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, declines to accept the Giveaway, refuses to consent to Freedom publishing their review on Freedom’s Instagram® Account, fails to respond to a winner notification within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to sign and return all requested documents within the timeframe specified by Freedom, or otherwise fails to fulfill any of Freedom’s conditions for claiming the Giveaway, the Giveaway may be forfeited. If a Giveaway is forfeited for any reason, Freedom will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining pool of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
In order for a winner to receive the Giveaway, the winner must provide Freedom with their full legal name and mailing address as such Giveaway will be issued via check to such address within thirty (30) days from the winner providing Freedom with their name and address. Freedom will ship the Giveaway directly to the mailing address provided and accept all shipping costs. Freedom is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or any lost, delayed, held, stolen, or damaged packages.
No substitution, request for an equivalent, or transfer of the right to receive the Giveaway is permitted, except in the sole discretion of Freedom, which has the right to substitute the Giveaway with another prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, durability, reliability, and/or performance.
Applicable Taxes.
All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Completion and submission of an IRS Form 1099 to Freedom is a condition precedent to receiving the Prize.
Freedom’s Sole Discretion.
By participating in this Campaign, entrants agree that the decisions of the Freedom are final and binding in all matters, and are made in Freedom’s sole discretion. Freedom reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway without advance notice, or to re-commence such Giveaway, if at all, at Freedom’s sole discretion.
Grant of Rights.
By participating in this Campaign, each entrant grants to Freedom, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, assigns, and successors (collectively, “Freedom Affiliates”) the perpetual right to use entrant’s name, social media username and/or handle, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, voice, statements, opinions, and other information and content provided and/or obtained in connection with the Giveaway for any purpose including, but not limited to, promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, or publicity, without notice, review or approval by entrant, and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries for the Giveaway are the property of Freedom.
Release and Limitations of Liability.
By participating in the Giveaway, you hereby agree to release Instagram® from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from administration of, communication of, or participation in the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless Freedom and Freedom Affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), expense (including attorneys’ fees) or cause of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the Giveaway, the use of Instagram®, the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the Giveaway, or any exercise by the Released Parties of the rights identified in the “Grant of Rights” section above. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. You agree not to assert any such claim(s) or cause(s) of action against any of the Released Parties and waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Each entrant assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway, the use of Instagram®, or the provision, acceptance or use of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with: (a) any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Campaign or in the announcement of the Giveaway; (b) late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries; (c) incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information; or (d) any other human, mechanical or technical error of any kind relating to the operation of Instagram® communications or attempted communications with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage and/or processing of entries, or the administration of the Giveaway.
Choice of Law.
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Riverside County, California. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY RIGHT TO BRING ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY AS A CLASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN THE SAME.
Privacy Policy.
Personal information supplied in connection with the Giveaway is subject to applicable data protection laws and Freedom’s Privacy Policy at https://freedomforever.com/privacy-policy/ and https://freedomforever.com/privacy-notice-for-california-residents/ for California residents. By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read Freedom’s Privacy Policy and hereby agree to Freedom’s collection and use of their personal information in accordance with such laws and Privacy Policy.
Social Media Disclosure.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram®.
Third-Party Trademark.
The use of any third-party trademark is for the purpose of a description of the Campaign only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or the approval of this Campaign or any Giveaway hereunder.
Name of Winner.
To obtain the name of the Giveaway winner after the drawing, please contact the Freedom via Freedom’s Instagram Account (@freedomforeversolar) or by emailing brand@freedomforever.com.
